( http://family-of-hal-turner.blogspot.com ) -- North Bergen, NJ -- In a stunning act of deceit and abuse-of-power, the Connecticut State Capitol Police issued a FRAUDULENT "Fugitive from Justice" arrest Warrant for Radio Host and Blogger, Hal Turner.

The Warrant claims that Turner was a fugitive who committed the crime of "Harassing Communications" over comments he made on his talk-radio-show web site.

Even though Turner never spoke to, wrote to, emailed, FAX'd, or had any other communication whatsoever with anyone in Connecticut, was never IN Connecticut, was never arrested there and never "fled from Justice" he was arrested nonetheless by his local Police Department.  The local Police called Turner at home, apprised him of the Warrant and asked him to come to the local police station which he did - voluntarily.

Because the Warrant is a "Fugitive-From-Justice" Warrant, Turner is being held WITHOUT Bail ! ! ! !    He has already ordered his attorney to file a Motion in New Jersey Superior Court to fight the NO BAIL provision and will prove at such a hearing that he is not a fugitive.  That hearing could take several days, during which Turner will be held in the Hudson County Correctional Center in Kearny, NJ.

Turner will fight the false charge.
